Project Summary

The Housing Authority of Columbus, GA engaged an interdisciplinary planning and consulting team to conduct a development feasibility study and urban design for their 8-acre BTW South site. This site was the second phase of the redevelopment of a former public housing project into a mixed-income housing development with a higher quality of life for its residents. CPRD focused on the development feasibility and implementation plan for the development, incorporating market, financial, regulatory and design considerations for the mixed-use, mixed-income master plan.
