CPRD was engaged by the Reynoldstown Revitalization Corporation (RRC) to conduct development planning and implementation for their affordable housing and community development programs in the historic Reynoldstown neighborhood of Atlanta. RRC’s affordable and mixed-income housing developments consisted of public-private partnerships and public funding sources, including HOME and LIHTC.
