Project Summary

The City of Decatur hired CPRD to create a Community Transformation Plan for the neighborhood of Oakhurst as part of their community development initiatives to make the city more equitable and to support a LIHTC application for the Trinity Walk affordable housing development. The project involved extensive community engagement and was comprehensive in scope, evaluating and designing strategies and tactics to improve access to housing, education, transportation, green space and equitable development.
