Project Summary
The Annie E. Casey Foundation (AECF) conducted an urban planning process to advance economic and workforce development for their 32-acre Pittsburgh Yards site located along the BeltLine in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Atlanta. CPRD provided urban planning and development advisory services to AECF and managed the planning structure, procurement, and administration of a multi-disciplinary planning and economic development team. The consulting team collaborated with AECF to evaluate development goals and project feasibility of the recommended alternatives for redevelopment. CPRD also organized the creation of a stakeholder committee for engagement throughout the planning process for community development feedback.
