Project Summary

The Seville located at 714 Moreland Ave is a commercial building strip center built in 1965 that was in need of extensive repair. The property is located directly next door to Hodgepodge Coffeehouse in the thriving East Atlanta/Ormewood Park neighborhoods. CPRD managed the development feasibility, urban design, acquisition and repositioning implementation process to bring new life to the building. A large area next to the building that was previously used for parking was converted into outdoor public space for the building’s tenants and visitors.
