Project Summary

CPRD collaborated with an interdisciplinary team engaged by the Atlanta Land Trust to conduct urban design, community engagement and manage the rezoning for a 1.5 acre site located in the southwest Atlanta neighborhood of Oakland City. The site was originally zoned R-4 and was located in both a historic district and the BeltLine Overlay. After extensive community engagement, the property was designed for 25 units of mixed-income affordable housing consisting of flats and townhomes and received unanimous approval from the neighborhood, NPU, and City of Atlanta.
