Project Summary
The Historic District Development Corporation (HDDC) is a nonprofit community development corporation founded by Coretta Scott King in 1980 with a mission to preserve and revitalize the Auburn Avenue Historic District in the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood of Atlanta. The organization owned 35 properties in their service area and engaged CPRD to evaluate the portfolio, create a redevelopment plan incorporating individual assets, and manage the implementation of community development initiatives and partnerships.
