Project Summary

The Annie E. Casey Foundation (AECF) owned a concentration of 9 properties on one short block of the Pittsburgh neighborhood of southwest Atlanta. AECF engaged CPRD and Moody Design Studio to create a block-level redevelopment plan that contemplated the upgrading of pedestrian infrastructure, safety, greenspace, as well as the redevelopment of AECF housing units. The block plan was then used as a guiding implementation and advocacy tool to generate additional public resources and facilitate revitalization of the block.
